Shutdown minecraft server?

I have not been on the server for two days there's something with the registering servers have shut down for maintenance and that is the case with all servers

I assume you have an anti-virus program? The most common reason for the above error is.

If so, uninstall it or switch it off completely. (Or do some research on how to turn off the program's HTTPS scanning).

(An anti-virus program isn't necessary anymore these days, Windows is enough. It only breaks more than it helps you.)
