Why can't I connect to Minecraft on Rewi Server?

So I want to join Rewi Server, then I got this message:

For other servers (such as Gomme, Bausucht, Griefergames, etc… ) I can no longer join without problems, only with Rewi Server although there are currently 221 players online.

Does anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?

In this case, your MC won't find it on Mojang.com. That means Minecraft can't make sure that you really are you. I would look for Internet locks and check my firewall.
