I have a Minecraft 1.14 server and have a look at the EULA. Actually, you shouldn't sell things that bring you an advantage, but some servers like B. GommeHD sell kits that give you an advantage. You can also get these kits.
So is it against Minecraft EULA if you sell in Minecraft kits that you can also earn?
The selling is no longer so:

However, as far as I know, that was actually the way you wrote it, but you have to say that a Gomme Premium does not bring any game advantages in this sense.
As long as you don't pull someone off or earn thousands of euro, it should be clear.
If Mojang should notice, write to you first.
Gomme doesn't sell kits right?
Where please?
That's right. Kits do not give you the benefits that were meant in the owl.
Gomme once had a game mode called Conquest, in which some kits were initially only available for premium. I'm no longer sure, but if my memory is correct, it has actually caused problems because of the Eula, which is why they have activated all kits for all users.
Yes, it says inside. See "Server and Hosting" under "Commercial Usage Guidelines". https://account.mojang.com/...commercial
It's just very hidden.
Yes, that would be against the EULA.
And no, Gomme doesn't do that. The EULA is the same for all servers, and a violation would be reported very quickly, especially for large servers like Gomme.
Here are the servers EULA (Commercial Usage Guidelines → Server and Hosting):
No kits are sold on Gomme
It is generally forbidden to sell kits
But there's a gap in the EULA when you sell a case opening where you can win kits.
Thanks for the hint.
Mojang doesn't itch anyway whether it is complied with or not 😂
