I do not quite understand the EULA of Minecraft (https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula).
Can one explain it to you more exactly? I want to earn money with my server. In the EULA, however, is that this is forbidden, but there are also many other large server (which does not mean that I may then) and apparently they are right, otherwise they would already be offline.
There was this discussion in the net, where it turned out for me, that one could ask for money for the complete use of the server, but no advantages such. Creative mode, InGame money or blocks, however, that is probably not the case for missiles and the like that do not change the gameplay.
Here I found another article: https://gamerliebe.de/minecraft-server-geld-verdienen/
You can make money, but you must never offer in-game benefits for money.
You can sell cosmetic content but no game advantages. In addition, everything you offer must be achievable without money.
However, the whole thing is quite a joke and nobody really cares. However, if your server is reported often enough because you violate the EULA this can lead to problems with Mojang and Microsoft.
