Enchanted items in Minecraft with / give command?

I like to play Minecraft and I have my own server. Where I built a jump and run package and who you stock it with, you get rewards. That are given by command blocks but I want to give enchanted things as rewards that works with command blocks and who yes how

(I would like

elytra with durability 3

and elytra with durability 3 and repair)

ps. I play in version 1.15.2
