You simply download the Minecraft on the other PC and drag your worlds onto a USB stick.
How do you open your worlds?
Windows key + R
% appdata%
"OK"
Open .minecraft
open .saves
Copy worlds and then drag them to another computer
If you bought Minecraft in the Windows Store, you have to log into your account on the other PC in the store and can download it.
If you have the Java version, you can download and install it on any PC.
Yes you can do that you only have to enter Search under "Downloads" and open the folder. Copy the program download and paste it on a USB stick. The program download can then be transferred from the stick to the other notebook
Yes, provided you have a minecraftacc. You can log in and play on almost any pc / laptop
Download and install minecraft normally on the other PC.
Go to your actual PC and enter% appdata% in the search bar and copy the entire .minecraft folder to a USB stick.
Then go to the other PC where you have installed minecraft to% appdata% remove the resulting .minecraft folder and pull it in from the USB stick.
If you have mods you have to install forge first.
