What should I do if my Minecraft Java account has been hacked?

So a few days ago my Steam account etc. Was hacked and when I started the mc launcher today I was able to play but wanted to change my skin and when I came to the website it said wrong password. I checked the email to see if the hacker changed the email or the password, but there was no email. I then wanted to reset my password but no password came in the email (I previously changed the password of the acc etc.)

What should I do now?!

You can just write to Mojang Support, they'll solve it relatively easily. ^^

Probably this has to be done in English and the hacker may still be spying on your PC.
