Take screenshots of each page and cut them so you have individual pictures of each page. ONLY the skin parts may be shown on the picture.

Now download a free 3d program like blender. Moddeliere your Minecraft character with the right dimensions and add the appropriate textures for each side of your 3d model. The cropped screenshot now serve as matching textures. All in all you have to look at a few basic tutorials for modeling and texturing.
