I downloaded and activated a Minecraft skin with glasses. He has glasses, which are also displayed in the launcher with the skin preview, but when I look at my skin in single player and multiplayer the glasses are not displayed.

Did you activate "Hat" in the skin settings in the game? If not, this should solve your problem
