Why am I banned on servers?

I wanted to play Minecraft again after a long time. As always, I play with the Badlion client and have made updates first. Then I saw that the skin preview was already a different skin than before and when I wanted to join various servers, I was banned from hacking on almost everyone, even though I never hacked.

Can someone please help me why this is so?

Some servers may recognize your modifications as hacks and automatically ban you. All mods you have installed are sent to the server as a package and the server could pick it up.
