I would like to make a minecraft client where I can make capes wings etc. On my skin so stop cosmetics and no ingame mods because when I see something like that on yt only hack clients like sausage come and you can do it with little can that you can see the cosmetics with other players and my 2nd point would be custom start screen and main menu and 3rd point would be optifine can someone help me would be super happy
To create your own MC client, you first have to learn a programming language (Java) and create models for your cosmetics.
That would take a lot of time and effort.
