Minecraft no particles? - 1

I don't see any particles in Minecraft I use bac have the particles on and in the normal lauchner they don't work either I have already looked at the particles with appdata but they are on 2 my texture pack has particles and my friend can help?

Look in the graphics settings in the normal Minecraft settings (not the BLC settings).
