Website where you can easily create texture packs?

Is there a website where you can easily create Minecraft texture packs for version 1.16? With http://google.com/...google.com (highly recommended!) I found https://minecraft.novaskin.me/resourcepacks, but you can only create texture packs for 1.10.

I would just mix several texture packs that you like. If you want to know how it works, send me a fa and write to me, it is too long to describe this.
