Optifine vs Badlion?

Hi, I have a 2-seeded potato and I get around 6FPS in Minecraft Singleplayer. I've been using Labymod with Optifine and Itemphysics for a month. My question would be which client would bring more FPS. Badlion or Optifine? I don't want any advantages from Badlion, such as that it is better for PvP. I only ask about the FPSBoost.

I have around 50 fps on my laptop in the single player and with optife I have around 150 with badlion I usually get less fps

Only use Optifine for the FPS Boost without any additional client such as Labymod or Badlion. I think that's the most beneficial, as the clients contain a lot of additional stuff and could cause lag

Lunarclient usually has the highest Fps boost, so more than just Optifine
