I wanted to play again Need for Speed Payback, which went great before. But for a few weeks, it opens after every third time without my computer crashing, or I get a black screen, so I'm forced to shut down the computer.
About 17 days ago, I constantly have problems with all games or programs like: Battlefield 4, Battlefield 3, Need for Speed Rivals, MAGIX Video Deluxe, Blender, Brackets and Minecraft. I just do not understand what has led to it.
Can someone help me please? Because I do not want to have to buy a new PC. I have had it for about 2 years, and so far everything went wonderfully. I have not damaged, altered or downloaded anything. At least no malware.
Maybe my system information will help:
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 CPU - 750 @ 2.67GHz
Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
System: 64 bits
Better do a clean reinstall instead of a reset.
The PC should be good and like 8-10 years old. To make it short (I'm not a fan of always the newest or immediately buy everything new): Purchase a new PC incl. Hardware that fully support Windows 10 without it makes any problems. Even if you start over and the ancient drivers should find all, the problems will not be less.
Of the games? But that's the case with every game. Unlikely that all have the same problem.
Hardly I would buy myself a new PC, I can't afford at all.
From the complete system…
So a reset.
No, format and completely reinstall.
I do not really understand.
That's probably your problem. It was just a suggestion, the CPU appeared before the release of Windows 7 and on this one can say more or less based also Windows 10 from the compatibility ago. If you can't afford it, there are tricks, since your PC is so ancient there are much newer and better used for a few euro.
If it started suddenly and went great, then something must have changed logically.
Maybe a problematic Windows Update, a video card driver or sound driver update, or some other malicious software that may have been hidden in the installer's other programs.
Clean up your PC from any unnecessary clutter, check the timeliness of your drivers and if necessary install older versions, if the period seems suspicious. Respectively. Uninstall one or the other Windows Update.
The reset on Windows 10 did not work for me some time ago. So if everything does not work, you'd better set up the whole system again - so reinstall Windows completely. Important: in the order! Because if the problem is really with current updates or versions of anything, you would immediately afterwards have the same problem again.
Yes, then a reorganization for a certain period is a solution (not forever). At some point you have to buy new hardware anyway, because everything is outdated. Do not take it from me
No, that is very unlikely, he claims that it is the same with every game. Conclusion: a reorganization is a good solution for the time being.
I do not do.
A rewrite of Windows 10
? Yes
So no reset but a reinstall
Hmm, apparently he does not want any of that.
