I'm actually a very selcious girl and also play from time to time z.b. Minecraft but when I'm in the TS, no word comes out of me… Do you have any tips on how that can change?

Meet on a TS with your friends and talk to them. This makes you looser and then when someone else comes to, then you can first get to know something and gradually comes to talk to each other. That's how it was with me in the beginning, until friends also brought their friends to it.
I do not know if you have your own Teamspeak, otherwise I could offer you to create a Private Channel (where only you can come in) on my server to be among you for the first time help a little.
