Now I want to know what are these standard questions?
There's no such thing. Every server handles this differently.
Most want to know what you've ever done before, how long you have experience, what you have problems ect.
I would ask the following questions:
Which object types do you know?
Have you ever programmed plugins (show plugin)
Do you still master other programming languages?
Which programming environment do you use?
Do you know the difference between Bukkit and Spigot?
How do you rate your English, Describe and / or award points (1-10)
