Minecraft Exit menu when I switch to second screen?

If I switch to another window or click on old tab, the exit menu in minecraft will appear:

Back to Game

Advancements Statistics

Options etc.

How can I get that minecraft running (running) and not going to the exit menu if I use another window.

In the mc folder there's a file called options.txt. In this you are looking for

pauseOnLostFocus: true

and change that into

pauseOnLostFocus: false
