I start the Minecraft Luncher
Hit play
the menu closes
then it comes back and it says:

and start the game again

What should I do now?
Apparently you are not using the full version of 1.12.2. Try to use a different version or delete profile 1.12.2 and download it again
If it still doesn't work, use another launcher like Badlion or something
Download the https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ and let it run through. If it doesn't work after that, insert the crash log at https://paste.gg/ and write the link that you get when you click on "Submit Anonymously" under my answer.
