Not installing Minecraft optifine?

Hey I have a question about optifine: if I get optifine for 1.15. 2 and I click the file that comes.

You need the latest version of Java to run a .Jar file.

I just saw that you're trying not to install Optifine to download.

The pop-up will ask if you want to save, open or open the file. The easiest way is to click on "Save" and the file will be saved on your PC in the Downloads folder and can be installed with Java in Minecraft.
