Laptop games keep hanging up for 5 seconds?

I hope you can help me because I have a really annoying problem.

My games Valorant and Minecraft always hang in the game for 5 seconds every 1-2 minutes (freeze frame). The game continues to run in the background.

I'm not familiar with games but i believe that it is because laptops have worse or no graphics cards at all

Your system is a bit weak. I would set the graphics to very low and choose a 720p resolution. If that doesn't help, maybe measure the temperature.
