On http://mcstacker.net you can create such fireworks rockets. To do this, click on / summon and enter firework in the search. Then you can adjust the fireworks rocket, for example you will find "Explosion" on the right animation, where you can set how the fireworks rocket should explode and how it should look. Then you just have to insert the command in the upper right corner of the command block and you're done. Goes 100%
