When I join on Minesucht.net, I'm directly requested by 5-6 people as a friend; if I accept the request, this bot writes me that I should join minesucht.ml.
My question (only out of interest (I do not want to do it myself)): Where does one get something like that?

You can program it yourself. For example, If you ask then every 20s the list of newest registered (or the whole list) from and sent with Bot belonging to the accounts the news.
Often, not even browser windows need to be open and the matter can be done more resource-efficient, since every (normal) program has access to the Internet and the websites. It can pretend to be a browser behind which a person sits, and most of the time even with little effort.
As an example, I could call my app Estagency, a strategy game to take care of real estate. But here it is the other way around: The web server is written for the "bot", the app, a user interface does not exist on the net. But as a normal internet user you can use all the same functions, you just do not understand most of them, because they are number collones. Knowing the contents of the numbers and commands, you can do everything you can in the app. (Log in, buy, sell, hire people, …)
