Nope, but I plan to play it through in 2022 because I have my 10th Minecraft anniversary (others excuse that I'm too bad)
The Ender Dragon is pretty much the first one I defeat. Then Minecraft just begins for me as a game. That's how it is when you play technical Minecraft.

Despite several hours of play (most of them were before the end of the game), I never played Minecraft.
In single player I think it's not that easy either.
No, I didn't because I always play with at least 30 different mods and then I prefer to concentrate on the mods than on defeating the Ender Dragon.
