Minecraft character can't run properly?

Have the bedrock version for win 10.

When I start to run, the character begins to run slowly, which changes quickly and reflects in a lousy jerk.

If one then skips while running is suddenly normal until you then stop briefly

it has nothing to do with graphics or anything else with computer performance because it was not a day ago.

I've already tried everything it would just be a hard or software error
