Minecraft pictures?

I play Minecraft and I want to set pictures but recently it has not worked. They are there and if I hit the wall I get them back but I don't see them. It doesn't work that way with my girlfriend.

What do you mean by "pictures". The maps or the paintings? You need a frame for maps. You can "stick" the paintings anywhere on the wall.

I haven't tried maps, but in my sister's room (in game) you can see the map. But paintings are gone everywhere. I have now "knocked" those out of the wall that I knew there was a picture.

This can be a graphic display error. Can help: Log out, restart Minecraft and if that doesn't help, restart your PC.
