Building pictures in Minecraft prohibited?

Lately I've been playing Minecraft on server so online and then I noticed that there are a lot of pictures in Minecraft with because blocks build so that if you go further away it looks like the picture is probably also protected pictures. And my question is that I mean it doesn't look 1 to 1 so pretty pixelated that's actually. Exactly the same as if you were to draw something or not?

How exactly do you mean the server is just a city build server the people stop because the pictures are cards and sell them for ingame $ so play money this play money can't be bought for real money
