I have a Minecraft world in version 1.15.1 but since this version is with me I want to make this world on 1.14.4. I started Minecraft in version 1.14.4 and made a backup of the 1.15.1 world, then I started the 1.15.1 world in version 1.14.4 and my built one is no longer at the same coordinates and it is in the world away. Can you do it somehow so that the world that is in 1.15.1 will pull down to 1.14.4 with the building that I have built?

It depends, have you already explored the whole world? If no, only the part that you have not explored becomes part 1.14.4 and the rest remains 1.15.1

Then the rest is replaced by 1.14.4 parts and what you have explored remains 1.15.1
