You have to search your breath id on the internet looking for redstone lamp which is on then mark and // set and id of it
You could put the activated variant directly.
Have not played MC for a long time. I think that was ID 123 or 124.
Whether they stay permanently without Redstone, is an open question, because that is actually an invalid state. If Redstone is relocated nearby, it can happen that the status of the lamps is redetermined and then they go out. This can also happen if the game decides (for whatever reason) to redetermine the game states of certain chunks.
Otherwise just put a Redstone block or a Redstone torch.
Or you take Glowstones.
May be that also with the minecraft command goes. To do this, use the mouse to point to the view and enter the following in the chat:
/ setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft: redstone_lamp 1
Or if it does not work I think:
/ setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft: redstone_lamp 0
