Is it possible to regenerate the Nether in Minecraft?

I play on PS4 and my Nether Fortress has not spawned on my current world. Since I want to collect my trophies in this world, I need a Nether fortress and therefore I ask myself the question, if somehow you can regenerate the Nether. To reset the Nether has brought me nothing

It's best to go east or west, it should normally be enough to find.
