Minecraft Worldguard flag set?

I have the spawn with Worldguard protected on my Minecraft server, but players can't use buttons. Does anyone know which flag I have to put on allow for this to work?

You have to set the "Interact" flag to allow, so you make it possible for players to interact with any block. (! Don't dismantle, interact!)

Or you set the flag "use" to allow, since the same applies only a little bit more.
