Minecraft Powerranks / Worldguard?

I have a problem I have the Power ranks and Worldguard plugin. The problem with the two is that power ranks have their own code for building rights and this means that even if you set a region you can dismantle because of powerranks and if I remove the building permissions from power ranks you can no longer mine.
