Ping laggs in a Minecraft single-player world?

I've been playing Minecraft again recently, but singleplayer and when I'm doing things like trees or ground lags, but no FPS laggs but something like having a bad ping (I cut down a block of wood for a brief moment then disappears reappears and stands as if I had not broken down and then after 2 seconds in my inventory goes.) That's really annoying and I hope someone can help me. Have already started the game once without Internet and it was the same problems. Sometimes everything works.

You have a missing RAM or CPU or just too little Ram assigned so he needs Lönger to process.
