Breath of the Wild is a must-have for the Switch! Is the latest in the Zelda series.
I can also recommend Xenoblade Chronicles 2 if you like story-based games. With great and extensively narrated characters. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition yet.
