Random Minecraft Chunk Deleting?

I have a strange bug in my Minecraft world when I start the Minecraft world it will build a random chunk near me completely filled with air in this chunk is also not possible when I restart the world it is a different chunk and the one before it is normal again someone knows why this bug is there and how to fix it

I think he's just invisible and you can't see anything there.
