Minecraft world crashed?

My friends and I have played a few rounds of Minecraft and we have put a lot of effort into it.

Then my friend's HDMI cable broke and she couldn't save the game properly. Since then she can neither open nor edit the world.

Can someone tell us whether the world can still be saved and how?

On which device?

Hm try to transfer your account to another device but Bedrock is unnecessarily complicated anyway would advise you to java
