PvP on and off in a Minecraft world?

I want PvP to be on while a mini-game is running on my server and when the time is up then PvP is off. I don't want to do it via the Config.yml at Multiverse Core, but PvP has to switch on and off automatically.

Then you probably need a pugin. The fastest way I think is to write it myself. Doesn't sound too complicated.

In the server config you can change that there should be something with PvP if you e.g. The server. Running on Mc Host 24 is shown under system configurations you just have to search for something
