Minecraft Minigame Ideas?

Need ideas for a total of three minigames. I already have three. A PvP / Bedwars game, a Spleef, and a Deathrun. I'm still missing three minigames for my world. The minigames should all be played in game mode 2, two teams should be involved, and it should (if possible) fit the Caribbean / pirate theme.

You run in an arena and the ground behind you dissolves with a slight delay, whoever falls is out (can be done with execute commands), piling up with cacti (really difficult because of the damage), jump'n'run

Maybe you could do a parkour where you only have half a heart and with checkpoints and different biomes.
