I just fell in lava, about 2-3 block deep. I still save quickly and finish pushing, but when I start the world, I'm in the lava. In my inventory are about 12 diamonds. What can I do? Have buckets and blocks to build in inventory. 3/4 of my lives are already gone. And in creative I can't change, because then the trophies are disabled… Please advice!

There's a good trick:
When you enter a world, you take no damage for a few seconds.
Log in, swim a meter or build a block, log out. And you repeat that quite often, until you are out of the lava and do not burn anymore.
