World Chat
I've already downloaded many plugins that cause a perworld chat, but none has served its purpose. I then got in the console after each chat message that as much as "$ ASyncPlayerChat has failed".
Second concern: PlotSquared
My problem here is that if I z.b. Have 2 plots and one is in a different plot world than the other. If I now z.b. In the world of the first plot / p h 2 then I end up in the world of the other plot.
I ask for helpful answers. Would be very nice.

Because of 2. - I have the following problem: I have on my server my 1st plot on another world than the other plot, so plot 1 is in world 1 and plot 2 in world 2. If I'm in world 1 / ph 2 I come in there for the 2nd plot in World 2, but I want that one can only "teleport" to plots in the world in which one is in grad.

I think that can't be changed. I do not understand why you want that so much? If the / p h make and are in the farm world, yes, they want to teleport directly to their plot and not only in the right world
