How do I use Pex to allow certain groups to interact with blocks?

Hi! I have a Bukkit Minecraft server (1.14.4) and I have problems with player groups. I have already written in the Permissions.yml file: - modifyworld.blocks.interact. * But you can't do it anyway. Whenever they right-click on a warp shield they get the message: No permission! I ask for help!

Any other plugins installed, which could participate?

And the plugin for the Warp signs? That certainly has Permissions.

Would you please provide me with a screenshot of this message and list all the plugins that are on this server? There's probably one thing that causes this problem.
