Girlfriend flies right after logging in from the Minecraft server?

Sers, after a long time and after my girlfriend finally has a new gamer PC, we wanted to test again if we can play Minecraft. I host my own server: 1.13.2, completely Vanilla. We have the same version, no mods, all complete without any extras.

First with Hamachi: Made as described, she joins the server, after a few seconds she flies down. She herself says it loads up to 'landscape is loaded' and then it is canceled. Then she gets the message: 'Connection interrupted. Connection lost.' I see it though until it breaks off in the game. Both as a message she has gejoint, as well as visually as a character.

Then try without Hamachi. Ports released, IP sent. After I have the firewall off, she can join me 'textually' and visually, but she also flies out again. She has already given her Minecraft more RAM, and I have allocated more RAM to the server. Java versions are the same and both have 64bit Java. We tried both fiber optic lines and connection attempts over the WLAN and LAN. Local connection is not, because she lives further away. The result has always remained the same. She joint, and after a few seconds she gets kicked again.

I'm done. What could be the reason?

EDIT: I got my old Lappi rausgekramt and tried to join with the IP, but got with my, and with the account of my girlfriend, a 'connection lost'. Open LAN world, however, went with her account. Guess the good piece is already very old

Please look into the log files from the server and upload them to pastebin and send the link in here.

Cr

Huhu, first thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I have no plan how that works. I have an account on Pastebin made. But everything is in English and there's so much what can make seemingly mach. How exactly can I upload this stuff? And all log files or is the last enough?

Fr

Hi, first you do not necessarily need an account. If you want to add a new 'paste' you click on the green button "new paste" in the upper left corner. Then you can copy the contents of the log file in the big white box above the new paste. Under the box are still about 5 lines, you write in "Paste Name / Title:" a name for your paste and then click on "Create New Paste".

I would need a logfile where the problem occurred, otherwise you'll have to try it again and upload the "latest.log" into Pastebin.

You both have the Java full version of Minecraft right?

Cr

Thanks for the small introduction. I have the logfile now purely copied and created. Have this file now open in patebin. I hope I'll do it right, in which the URL of this post here

If not, please explain briefly what to do now.

If it is correct, is about 2/3 of the file below always the message SilverSalome joint the game, and shortly afterwards left the game or disconnect. I hope you recognize what is wrong with us.

And yes, we both have purchased and registered full versions of Minecraft. Java is always up to date.

It looks like the server can't check the version, but otherwise I can't detect a bug. Have you reinstalled the server? Is the world always a new one? Did you shoot it once, so hosted the server at your girlfriend and you tried to join?

Cr

It's a completely fresh server. She has not tried yet to host, because she does not understand how to create one (despite videos and explanations) I'll occasionally rewrite the server.

Fr

Try it as I said to try vice versa, which you times join on their server, if that works perfectly, then the error must be up to you and is probably also to find, otherwise, just sign up here again.

Fr

Has it worked with the server or are there still problems?

Cr

She is currently not there for Christmas and New Year's Eve. But when she's back, let's go

Fr

Ok, if that still does not work, then I'll put a server over you on Discord, then we'll try to find the problem like that.
