No, you could certainly hack the server if you are very knowledgeable, but there's no easy way, and even hacking requires real knowledge

Most of these clients also work in multiplayer on any server and let you relatively much and well troll other players. But it is still forbidden to use such unauthorized modifications on most servers, except on anarchy servers such as 2B2T. Paying money for such clients, I would strongly advise against that. They are not that valuable now.
As long as the server knows that you are not an admin, it will not let you execute the commands you want. Why do people always think they just have to download some hacks and have immediate control over all Minecraft servers in the world.
