Instead of oak_log you can enter any item. Just use the English term and underscores instead of the space bar. For example diamond_block for diamond blocks.

Your question sounds very unbelievable. If you play with a friend, it shouldn't be a problem that he gives you the creative rights and you don't have to hack / cheat. But rather think that you want to use it generally, also on other servers.
