Minecraft show player status on tray?

I've been hosting a private Minecraft server for some time. I think it would be nice if you press tab so that you can see a status in front of the player name that the player can set himself (e.g. Afk, recording, or streaming). Does anyone know such a plugin or could it program?

The server runs on version 1.14.4 and with Spigot / Bukkit. I installed Essentials, Permissionsex, LWC, Multiverse Core, Multiverse Inventories and Worldedit as plugins.
