Spawn Minecraft on spawn?

What do I need for all players on my minecraft server to spawn at a certain location after reconnect? I don't mean / serworldspawn or something but let's say a player is with the coord. 23633, 4574 and now leaves. Then he comes back to the server and spawns at the coord 1.1 where all players should spawn after the reconnect. Does anyone know a plugin for it?

Hmm why do you want to insert such a command? It's completely useless haha. Well if a player wants to spawn voluntarily he can simply / spawm or / home but have to set before that you have never heard every time you spawn a new joint in the same place. : /
