Play ps4 minecraft maps on mobile?

I built a world on the Ps4 in Minecraft and wanted to ask whether you can play minecraft pocket edition on your mobile phone because everything is now linked to the Microsoft account.

That's fine. You just have to be logged into both with the same account and if the world is not there go to "Synchronize old worlds"
