Minecraft inventory bent away?

My brother and I have in a modpack a world that runs on my brother's PC and every time he opens a lanwelt and I joine stands there: Screamskiller_HD (formerly known as Calleinator24) joined the game. You have to say that I changed my minecraft name about 2 years ago. Does anyone have a solution as I get my inventory again

I do not understand the question. What does your name change have to do with the inventory? And what about the inventory?

Ok, I have stupidly formulated every time I join the world my inventory is empty. But who I'm after z.k: 2 weeks on it again I have my old inv again
