Hi, I have a Minecraft world with a few friends, and we also found a village. Unfortunately the farmer died, and when we tried to get a farmer by chance through eggs, it then spawned in another villager (not a farmer) as soon as we got one.
It's funny, you can imagine a pawn spawning, but after 0.5 seconds he turns into a spiritual one (e.g.) and leaves. That only happens with the farmer. He has a job. There are beds too.

Can someone help us? Is that a bug or something?
Seems like a bug has never happened to me.
Just multiply villagers and then lock you up with a composter and bed and after a while he becomes a farmer.
Spawn just normal villagers Lock them up somewhere with a composter if they are big and there's at least two blocks to the composter it becomes a farmer and you need farmers because your village gets bigger, but they only come if they also have a place to sleep with beds and best of all you protect the village from zombies or do iron golem
