Minecraft shader bug / lag?

I bought a good 1050 ti about a week ago so that I can play with a Minecraft shader. This also works with a good 100 FPS, but when I want to place blocks in my world, they only become visible after 10 seconds, although the noise comes.

Could someone help me there?

Do you have GeForce Experience (https://www.nvidia.com/de-de/geforce/geforce-experience/download/) installed? You can then use it to update your graphics drivers. Your problem sounds strange, but this may help.
